Welcome to Dice, Please! By purchasing tickets or merchandise from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. 1. Ticket Sales

    • All ticket sales (Main Show, Side Quests, Bundles, and Passes) are final and non-refundable.

    • Tickets are transferable — if you can’t make it, you may pass your ticket to another person. Please email us at diceplease.ph@gmail.com to update attendee details.

    • Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced.


  2. 2. No Refund Policy

    • We do not offer refunds for tickets or merchandise, except in cases where an event is canceled by the organizers without rescheduling, and cases of force majeure.

    • If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.


  3. 3. Event Entry

    • Entry requires a valid ticket and proof of purchase.

    • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry and to kick out any person engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

    • By attending, you agree to be part of event documentation (photo, video, livestream) for marketing and archival purposes.


  4. 4. Merchandise

    • All merch sales are final and non-refundable.

    • In case of majorly defective items, exchanges may be arranged within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability. Make sure to take a video of opening the package received. Shipping/return fees apply.


  5. 5. Liability Disclaimer

    • Dice, Please and its organizers are not responsible for personal injury, lost belongings, or damages during events.

    • Participation in interactive or improv activities is voluntary and at your own risk.


  6. 6. Changes & Updates

    • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
