Welcome to Dice, Please! By purchasing tickets or merchandise from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Sales
All ticket sales (Main Show, Side Quests, Bundles, and Passes) are final and non-refundable.
Tickets are transferable — if you can’t make it, you may pass your ticket to another person. Please email us at diceplease.ph@gmail.com to update attendee details.
Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced.
We do not offer refunds for tickets or merchandise, except in cases where an event is canceled by the organizers without rescheduling, and cases of force majeure.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
Entry requires a valid ticket and proof of purchase.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry and to kick out any person engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
By attending, you agree to be part of event documentation (photo, video, livestream) for marketing and archival purposes.
All merch sales are final and non-refundable.
In case of majorly defective items, exchanges may be arranged within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability. Make sure to take a video of opening the package received. Shipping/return fees apply.
Dice, Please and its organizers are not responsible for personal injury, lost belongings, or damages during events.
Participation in interactive or improv activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
